Membership and payments
For help with a payment, renewal, cancellation or refund, email us from the address you use to sign in and include your Razorpay or PayPal payment ID if you have it. You can stop renewal yourself at any time from the Membership page. Read our Refund & cancellation policy.
If you need urgent support
The Studio is not a crisis service and we can’t respond to emergencies. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, contact your local emergency services. In India, you can call Tele MANAS, the government’s free mental health helpline, on 14416.
