These terms apply when you use the Embodied Growth Studio at egstudio.authenticliving.in (“the Studio”). The Studio is provided by Authentic Living, a sole proprietorship owned by Shilpa G. Manari, based in Chennai, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Studio or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the Studio
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
2. Wellbeing, not treatment
The Studio offers educational and reflective practices to support growth and wellbeing. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or a crisis service, and it doesn’t create a therapist–client or coach–client relationship. If a practice brings up more than feels manageable, pause and reach out to a qualified professional. Any money-related practices are general guidance only and not financial advice. You choose which practices to do and how, and you’re responsible for looking after yourself while you do them — for example, adapting or skipping any movement or breathing practice that doesn’t suit your body.
3. Free access and membership
Guests can try one practice in each pillar. A free account opens five Foundation practices in every toolkit. An annual membership unlocks every practice for the year you’ve paid for. Annual membership costs ₹4,999/year in India and $99/year internationally. Prices are shown on the Membership page. Membership is billed yearly through Razorpay in India or PayPal internationally and renews automatically until you stop renewal. If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and the new price will apply only from that renewal.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can stop renewal at any time and keep access until the end of your paid year. New memberships can be refunded in full within 7 days. Full details are in our Refund & cancellation policy.
5. Our content
The Embodied Growth Framework is the original work of Shilpa Manari. The practices, lessons, diagrams and other material in the Studio are original work owned by Authentic Living and protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own growth. Please don’t copy, republish, sell, teach from, or use the material in courses, coaching programmes, apps or AI training without our written permission. Ideas from other people are credited on our Sources page and in individual practices.
6. Your reflections
What you write in the Studio belongs to you. You give us permission only to store it and show it back to you so the Studio works. We don’t sell it, publish it, or use it for marketing or AI training. Our Privacy policy explains more.
7. Fair use
Please don’t misuse the Studio — for example, by trying to get around membership access, sharing your account, scraping content, or interfering with how the Studio runs. We may suspend or close an account that does this.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Studio available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add or retire practices and features over time.
9. Liability
We provide the Studio with care, but to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. This permanently removes your account, progress and reflections.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

If we make important changes, we’ll update this page and, where appropriate, let members know by email.
